Shipping policy

We will ship your order as quickly as possible! Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM will be shipped on the same business day. The delivery time for our bedding within Germany is 2-3 business days. Our delivery time to Austria and Switzerland is 3-5 business days.

Pre-orders will be delivered on the specified delivery date.

The stated delivery times are not guaranteed, as we depend on the reliability of DHL or Hermes delivery services.

If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the stated delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

We cover the shipping costs as well as any potential return shipping costs to provide you with a completely hassle-free shopping experience.

 

Delivery Conditions

a. The delivery times stated on the website in offers, confirmations, and/or agreements are not guaranteed but will be adhered to as closely as possible. If a delivery deadline is exceeded, Lyocello (part of ECOMMA HONG KONG LIMITED) is not in default. Lyocello (part of ECOMMA HONG KONG LIMITED) cannot be held liable for damages resulting from exceeding the specified delivery time.

b. If the product ordered by the buyer is out of stock and is not available in the short term, Lyocello (part of ECOMMA HONG KONG LIMITED) will inform the buyer. At the customer's request, Lyocello (part of ECOMMA HONG KONG LIMITED) may offer an alternative item of at least equal value and quality.

c. The customer must check the accuracy of their address details in the confirmation email. The customer is obligated to report any inaccuracies to Lyocello (part of ECOMMA HONG KONG LIMITED) at least 1 business day before the agreed delivery date. Any costs incurred due to incorrect address information on the delivery note will be charged to the customer. If the customer is not present at the specified delivery address at the agreed time with Lyocello (part of ECOMMA HONG KONG LIMITED), Lyocello (part of ECOMMA HONG KONG LIMITED) is entitled to charge the customer for any costs that may arise from a later delivery by Lyocello (part of ECOMMA HONG KONG LIMITED). If the courier service is unable to reach the customer on the first attempt, a second attempt will be made the following day at no additional charge.
