Return Policy

You may return the received goods within 21 days without giving any reason by sending them back. The return period begins at the latest upon receipt of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods or the return request in time. In any case, returns are free of charge and at our risk.

Return Consequences

In the event of a valid return, any payments received by both parties must be refunded, and any benefits derived (e.g., usage) must be returned. If the goods have deteriorated, compensation may be required. This does not apply if the deterioration is solely due to inspecting the goods—as would be possible in a physical store. You can avoid any obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as if they were your own and by avoiding anything that could reduce their value.

Financed Purchases

If you financed your purchase through a loan and make use of your right to return, you are no longer bound to the loan agreement either—provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are also your loan provider or if your loan provider used our cooperation to grant you the loan. If the loan has already been disbursed to us at the time the return becomes effective, you may also contact your loan provider for the reversal of the transaction.
